福爾斯特FDM8073玻璃直線(xiàn)多級邊磨邊機（18磨頭） 機器簡(jiǎn)介 1．該機用于平板玻璃直線(xiàn)平底邊、多級邊和棱邊的磨削、拋光。2．傳送帶采用滾動(dòng)軸承結構，每件夾板分別安裝我公司為機器專(zhuān)門(mén)定制的3種型號共5個(gè)軸承，分別為承重軸承，導向軸承和扣簧軸承，使玻璃加工時(shí)摩擦力小，傳送更加平穩。可在本機上自磨后傳送板，使之長(cháng)久保持高精度。分別裝有自動(dòng)和手動(dòng)的供油系統，能使整機保持在良好的潤滑條件下工作，運行更加穩定。3．電氣控制系統采用高端進(jìn)口電氣元件，運用PLC進(jìn)行手動(dòng)和制動(dòng)控制，人機界面可顯示被加工玻璃的厚度、斜邊角度、斜邊寬度及底邊的剩余厚度等參數。可在手動(dòng)、自動(dòng)兩種狀態(tài)下一次性加工完底邊與級邊的磨削。 1.
